Our parcels are sent via Colissimo de La Poste. You can collect your parcels from La Poste's Colissimo relay points.
My delivery is late, what are my options?

My package is indicated as delivered but not received, what should I do?
If you receive an email from colissimo telling you that the package has been delivered to your mailbox but that is not the case, you must notify customer service contact@impact-cbd.fr so that the team take the necessary steps with the carrier.
How can I return a product?
